Return and Refund
We hope you love your new Smile Solar! However, if there is any problem with your item, we offer a no-quibble refund policy on all orders.
If goods are deemed faulty, incorrect or damaged, you will receive a full refund. Items will be inspected by us upon arrival, but if there is any problem with your order (or if you've received the wrong item), please contact us prior to sending your return!
Please contact us for Product Return within 7 days after received the order. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items. An email will be sent to the customer once we have shipped the returned items.
When sending your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you to obtain postage receipt as a proof. Please ensure that items are well packaged, and are marked clearly as 'RETURNS' on any customs label or documentation.
After goods have been inspected by us, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. However, the customer is responsible for the returned shipping cost.
